Attention! Payment Policy:
To secure your registration and complete your costume bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is mandatory, regardless of the costume price. The remaining balance for your selected costume(s) can be conveniently paid on or before the advertised date for costume collection, or on the day of collection itself.

Please note the following payment options for settling your costume fees:

At the collection centers, right before collecting the costume.
At the Mas Camp, with the acceptance of cash or debit/credit cards (Visa & MasterCard).
Online payment through credit card (Visa & MasterCard).

Please be informed that we do not accept checks as a valid form of payment.

Kindly remember that your registration will only be considered complete and valid once the entire deposit is paid by the due date.

Disclaimers:
Failure to pay the full deposit by the due date will result in the forfeiture of any initial payments made for the deposit. No exceptions.
Costumes remain the property of the band until fully paid for and collected.
Please note that all credit card transactions are billed in US$. For customers outside the U.S., the billed amount will be converted at the prevailing rate on that day. Some banks/providers may also charge an additional convenience fee.

 

Refunds/Returns Policy:
Carnival costumes are custom-made items, and once a down payment is made, it is non-refundable.
Information provided by the customer will be considered final.
No exchange or switching of sections is allowed.
No changing of measurements or sizes.
No costume transfers.
No returns accepted.

Please note the following information regarding the delivery policy:
All costumes must be collected at the distribution center by the owner.
A valid form of identification must be presented when collecting the costume.
If you are unable to collect the costume personally, you may authorize another person to collect on your behalf. The authorized person must present a valid form of identification.

The costume distribution schedule will be provided via email to all masqueraders and will also be posted on the band's website and social media platforms. Different sections may have different distribution dates. Please be aware that the final date of costume distribution will be advised by the band, and any uncollected costumes after that date will no longer be available.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We and the associated carnival band will have access to the information for operational purposes. We and the associated carnival band only collect information that you voluntarily provide via email or other direct contact.

Your contact information will be used to communicate with you regarding your costume and Carnival-related business. We and the associated carnival band may also reach out to you with special promotions and offers. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

By agreeing, you allow us and the associated Carnival Band to use any images or videos captured with you in costume for marketing and promotional materials, as well as any other means of promoting our and the associated carnival band's business. You also waive any right to payment, royalties, or any other consideration for the use of such images or videos.

We take necessary precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, it is encrypted and transmitted to the payment processor securely. You can verify this by looking for "https" at the beginning of the web page's address.
